Time to Dive In To Your Gator Student Experience

Gator Nation Visit Days (GNV Days) are an optional one-day, transition experience hosted throughout the month of July. Students and their families will have the opportunity to come to campus to be immersed in all things UF.

During GNV Days, students and one guest will have the opportunity to:

  • Tour campus where they can get a feel for campus life and learn more about the Gator Student Experience.
  • Have lunch in one of our dining halls.
  • Create early connection with peers and fellow Gators.
  • Discover more about resources available.
  • And, of course, learn Gator traditions.

GNV Days will take place on UF’s campus, in accordance with university COVID-19 guidelines space availability may be limited. Each registration is restricted to one student and one guest.

Subject to availability all GNV Days will take place every Monday through Friday starting July 1, 2021 and offered each day until July 23, 2021 (with the exception of July 5 – Independence Day Observed).

The GNV Days schedule will allow students to explore different resources on campus and begin to plan their college experience. Registered students and their guests should bring their comfortable walking shoes, an umbrella in case of Florida showers, and any questions you may have about the transition to UF.

GNV Days will cost $40 per student and $40 per guest which will include parking and lunch. Limited need-based waivers are available for the student registration cost. Waivers are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and can be submitted through our waiver form here.
